                  BAN SHARIA LAW UNEQUIVOCALLY

                                                               OR

                      THE CONSTITUTION, DEMOCRACY AND FREEDOM

RULE OF LAW WILL BE DESTROYED

SHARIA LAW WILL BECOME THE RULE OF LAW

Shara Law:  The Divine, Unchangeable Law of AntiGod Allah:

Islamic law does not prescribe retaliation against a parent for killing his or her child. For example: "not subject to retaliation" is "a father or mother (or their

fathers or mothers) for killing their offspring, or offspring's offspring." ('Umdat al-Salik o1.1-2)."

Most religions have a softer feminine aspect (e.g. Virgin Mary) but all trace of the feminine has been eradicated from Islam to give something which is consequently only half human.

Predatory and domineering, Islam is a brutal, hypermasculine, barbarian, tribal warrior cult that glories in murder, mutilation, rape, genocide, terrorism, destruction and anarchy. Women, girls and all the feminine aspects human nature are chattelised and subjugated. Weakness is despised and seen as ripe for predation.

A Muslim woman or girl is not treated as an equal but is the owned property of her father or husband. A Muslim man has the full right granted to him by the AntiGod Allah to beat his wife and even behead her. This is NOT A CRIME.  There is no concept of spousal rape in Islam.  The Muslim wife must be ready for sex at any and all times even on the back of a camel. A Muslim woman who is raped must have 4 Muslim men who witnessed the raping testify on her behalf.  If she fails to produce 4 male witnesses, the Muslim woman will be sentenced for the very grave crime of adultery and lashed 100 times or stoned to death. If a Muslim wife punctures the ego of her husband, then she must be killed to restore the man's 'honor' among his peers. A Muslim child who dishonors her father must be killed.  Honor killing is rampant in Europe and the United States.  Kuffar women and children are war booty.

Wearing of a headscarf by Muslim women and covering up of their flesh is not an expression of religious chasteness but her total submission to the AntiGod and her husband owner.  The subjugation, oppression and enslavement of Muslim women and children is enforced by Sharia Law: the divine, unchangeable constitution of the AntiGod.

There are many who want to ban the Quran.  It is a crime to ban any book.  However it is absolutely imperative to ban Sharia Law.   The only source of law in a democratic society is the constitution.  Further in this article, read a small sample of the barbarism that is Sharia Law. There is no place in a democratic society for sanctifying murder and oppression. Women are not men’s property.  They are the complete equal of men in every way.  Support of women is absolutely essential to obtaining victory over Islam.  There is a saying that a fish rots from the head downward.  But this is wrong.  A fish rots equally from the head down and the tale upwards. Failure to ban Sharia Law will leave Western societies a rotten, smelly, corpse not fit for burial.  Being not Moral Perfection, Sharia Law is not the divine Constitution of God.

Following is a brutal story of one of millions of Muslim women.  A short version of Sharia Law is listed just after this newspaper account of Islamic depravity.

"British girl of 10 kept in Saudi hell hole for 11 years by her dad," by Sarah Arnold and Boudicca Fox-Leonard for the Mirror, April 11:

[...] Suzanne had been working as an air stewardess for Saudi Air when she met Zuhair, a Saudi businessman.

She converted to Islam and married him, but after four children and 19 years together the marriage broke down, and in 1998 they were embroiled in a custody battle over their youngest child Hana, who was then living with her father.

And two days before a crucial hearing he spirited her out of Britain after telling her they were going to buy sweets.

She says: "We got in his car, but instead of stopping at the shop we kept going. Even though I was only 10 I began to get a sick feeling that something was not right.

"After nearly an hour we pulled up at the airport. Dad got out two suitcases and when I asked where we were going he said 'home'.

"I knew instinctively he meant Saudi. He shouted at me when I tried to ask questions and I was so scared I started to shake.

"I asked if we would see Mummy and he said, 'Your mum doesn't love you any more'. I couldn't even cry as he shouted at me when I did.

"When we got to the Saudi capital Jeddah the first thing that hit me was the heat and babble of foreign voices. I couldn't understand a word. It was the start of a nightmare."

Mum Suzanne adds: "Things were really bad between us, I became frightened of him, but it never once crossed my mind that he would flee the country and take my little girl.

"It was only when he failed to turn up at the custody hearing that I realised what he'd done and by then it was too late." [...]

"I was so miserable," she says. "It was clear from the moment I arrived that women were treated differently.

"When I turned 11 I was made to start wearing a head scarf and couldn't leave the house without my father's permission. I had no friends and wasn't allowed to play outside. Dad was very controlling and verbally abusive and expected me to do all the housekeeping. He wouldn't even have mum's name mentioned. He kept telling me she didn't love me." [...]

By 2002 when Hana was 14 she was so desperate she went to the Saudi police for help...but was sent back to her father.

She says: "I told them he was keeping me there against my will and all they said was, 'He's your father, if he wants he can kill you'. When I got home dad locked me in my bedroom, pinned me to the floor and cut off my hair and then set fire to it. He left me practically bald. He took me out of school and I felt even more cut off. He had a terrible temper and I was very frightened of him. He would beat me if I didn't do what he said."

Hana went to the British Embassy three times pleading for help, but was told that, under Saudi law, there was nothing they could do....

END

There is much talk in the media about Islam's stated goal of implementing sharia law in democratic Western countries.  Often, the demand for sharia law is painted in the guise of a desire by Muslims to rule themselves in accordance with their culture and customs.  Most efforts to institute sharia law focus primarily on civil law matters, giving it the kinder, gentler appeal of applying principally to settlement of family issues and disputes such as marriage, divorce and wills, areas that would have little bearing or impact on the rest of the Western population.  Proponents of sharia law argue that it's only "fair" to allow Muslims to govern themselves rather than "force" them to comply with prevailing laws that may conflict with their religion or ideology.

However, this is misleading.  What these proponents of sharia law are saying, in essence, is that Muslims refuse to assimilate into the Western culture of their host countries and instead expect Western legislative and judiciary systems to bend to accommodate them, even to the point of having separate sharia courts of law as Britian allows.

Historically, Western civilizations have welcomed diverse ethnic groups on the premise that unique views and culture focused on the cause of achieving common goals would make our nations stronger, smarter and more adaptable to change.  In reality, focusing on diversity for diversity's sake has weakened us.  While the 1800's and 1900's saw an influx of foreigners to Western societies who made tremendous contributions to our nations, these foreigners viewed democracy in the West as something valuable, precious, and made dedicated efforts to assimilate.  Foreigners fought in our wars, pledged allegiance to our flags, and raised their children to hold Western principles dear.  They learned the language, they adopted the customs, and they lived their lives under the same rules and ordinances as every other person in their nation.  Today, Islam teaches its people not to assimilate, to live separately and hold to Islamic customs and law.

All this begs the question:  can a house divided still stand?

Many ask whether sharia law and democracy can co-exist.  However, the larger question is whether shari'ah law and human rights can co-exist.  The answer to this question is a resounding "NO".

So what is sharia law?  It is the fusing of religion, government and private life into one codified body of law based on Islam's religious ideology that governs everything from politics to economics, from banking to business, and from family issues to sexuality, even going so far as to legislate private matters such as hygeine.  Separation of church and state, a principle on which democracy in America was founded, is non-existent in Islamic countries ruled by shari'ah law.  Sharia law is so all-encompassing that it leaves no room for independent thought, freedom of speech or freedom of religion.  Wonder how to pray or when to pray?  Sharia law will dictate that.  Wonder how to divide your possessions to your heirs upon your death?  Sharia law will tell you how.  Wonder whether you should bathe after being intimate with your wife?  Yes, sharia law will even legislate this matter, for obedience to the law requires obedience to Allah and His Messenger and the jurisprudence they implemented in 7th century Arabia.

Let's look at some specific sharia laws to see whether they are compatible with Western principles.  Since Islamic countries currently implement sharia law to varying degrees, we'll focus on fundamental jurisprudence as dictated by Saudi Arabia, the home of Mecca and the keeper of the "purest" form of Islam and Islamic law.  All laws listed below are directly from Alifta.com, a website for official "fatwas" (legal opinions) issued by the General Presidency of Scholarly Research and Ifta (issuing fatwas) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
